Our skilled craftsmen of welders, fabricators, riggers and others are cross-trained across several disciplines.

Javed Mohammed has been employed with Trinidad Offshore Fabricators Unlimited Since its inception in 2004, where he joined the Company as Quality Assurance and Control Manager. Having worked in a fast paced environment with over 25 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Mr. Mohammed was promoted to General Manager of TOFCO April of 2016.

My job is to ensure there is a healthy environment, Rhonda says calmly. Her cool demeanor serves her well as she is part of a continued effort by TOFCO to progress relations between the company, its workers and the community.

The Juniper fabrication project was the HSE team’s biggest challenge to date because of unavoidable delays and intense work schedules which introduced new levels of risk and created new safety challenges. The team worked more than two million man hours on Juniper without a lost time incident.

As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Paresh Lalbeharry has been meeting the accounting needs of TOFCO. He started with TOFCO in 2004 as an entry level clerk and has elevated himself to the current position of Financial Accountant overseeing finance, treasury, audit, and information technology for the company.

AT TOFCO, we provide a TOTAL package of services to all our Clients / Customers. Harry has over Twenty Two ( 22) yrs in the Oil and Gas industries and very Dedicated staff to achieve our company’s goal and Target . We do focus on our local vendors/suppliers in providing this support to our projects and clients, however we also possess an excellent International supply chain that helps achieve our Goal. Our Client materials and Cargo are safety Manage with ASSET PANDA materials management software. Our dedicated team can and will meet any AD HOC request Logistically. We do provide a Safe and secure workplace for all persons coming on to your facilities.

I joined the TOFCO team in 2012 as a Project Engineer and have been promoted to the responsibility of Engineering Manager in 2017. It has been a privilege working alongside the TOFCO team in ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while in parallel, assisting TOFCO to meet our financial objectives for our successful future.
I joined the TOFCO team in 2012 as a Project Engineer and have been promoted to the responsibility of Engineering Manager in 2017. It has been a privilege working alongside the TOFCO team in ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while in parallel, assisting TOFCO to meet our financial objectives for our successful future.

Bernadine has been with the company from inception and is a member of the La Brea community.
She joined TOFCO as a maintenance person but her active nature found her helping out in various areas during the company’s early days. She received training and eventually advanced to become the HSE Medic.
Bernadine is one of the first people new employees meet and also provides training in job safety analysis (JSA).
Platform fabrication is project-based, which affects TOFCO’s employment capacity. Bernadine was let go in 2012. However, she was rehired in 2015. She believes strongly in the company’s contribution to the community.

Larry and his team had chief responsibility for the rigging work on the Juniper project. His first project as Rigging Superintendent was one of the largest rigging jobs undertaken in the history of platform fabrication in the country.
It was both an incredible challenge and experience for the team.

Lee Sahadeo is a Project and Estimating Manager at TOFCO. He holds a BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honours. Mr. Sahadeo joined the company in 2012 as a Project Engineer.
Over the years his diligence and commitment has advanced him in the position he holds today. One major milestone in his career was the BPTT Juniper Deck and Jacket, the largest Topsides (5200 tons) built at TOFCO, where Mr. Sahadeo served as the lead Structural Engineer and Job Estimator. TOFCO recognized Lee’s ability with this project since the project was completed within time and budget. He was then given the new position of Project and Estimating Manager. In this position as Project and Estimating Manager, his diversity is displayed as he manages the estimating department along with some major projects for the Green Field and Brown Field Services for key stake holders in the Energy Sector. Lee’s problem-solving skills, together with his optimistic and future focused attitude proves and continues to be a great asset to TOFCO.
